As companies adapt to the environmental effects of COVID-19, employees have been forced to WFH (work from home). Peripherals, including but not limited to keyboards, mice, and webcams, are issued by only 40 percent of companies, according to research in the United States, China, and Germany. This raises security concerns for ITDMs (Information Technology Decision Makers) due to the unsecured connection of the other 60% of peripherals, to the company server and data. This infographic explores this research, introducing a solution to the problem through GoBolt, the security software that creates a secure connection between peripherals and each employee’s computer. It offers greater comfort to each company’s workforce and is compatible across diverse screens and applications.
