The Senior Exhibition is a culminating capstone experience for students earning their Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees in Studio Art, Graphic Design, and Design Media Arts programs at The College of Saint Rose.

For Studio Art graduates, conceptual thinking and material research combine to produce unique visual languages; attention to process is evident in the works presented. Graphic Design and Design Media Arts graduates highlight their ability to visually communicate and creatively problem solve. Students in these two degree programs examine design as a tool to process the personal, as well as educate and inform.

It would be remiss for us not to acknowledge the mournful loss of our art department. ​

In a year of change and uncertainty, awareness, flexibility, and resourcefulness have become tools for us thematically​. T​he need to adapt, learn, and foster compassion speaks to our collective desire for care and change. This exhibition is a celebration of The Center for Art & Design as much as it is a capstone to our studies.
